Dave & Dawn Lind are the founders of Team of Two Coaching™ - a Christian marriage coaching business offering telephone coaching, workshops, certifications and assessments.
They coach pastoral and lay leadership couples to discover their God-given purposes and focus on their joint vision as a “Team of Two”.
The Linds are certified marriage trainers for PAIRS® and Leading From Your Strengths® Assessments. As national speakers and workshop leaders for the Association of Marriage and Family Ministries, they oversee the AMFM Couples in Leadership Team.
As founders of Healthy Christian Marriages, they coach pastoral couples to lead marriage initiatives and conferences. Dave and Dawn are privileged to serve as part of the teaching and leadership staff for The Leadership Center (TLC) which is a retreat center for couples in Christian leadership in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.
Dave, with a background in electrical engineering, has been a senior pastor since 1980. He has a Master’s Degree in Ministry and was featured in Leadership Journal Magazine as a “turn around church” pastor.
Dawn, with a Master’s Degree in Education, was a public school educator in Illinois and an adjunct professor at the University of Vermont prior to becoming an ICF professional certified life coach.
Married since 1975, the Linds have three sons (two married) and have two grandchildren. They reside in beautiful Vermont.
